Wimbledon
Wimbledon hosted official screenings for the Men’s and Women’s Finals in India across two consecutive years, held in Mumbai and Delhi. The events needed to reflect Wimbledon’s heritage and restraint while functioning within local venues.

Role
Freelance Art Director | On-ground brand experience

BACKGROUND
Working through Red Lantern, I led visual direction for all on-ground collateral across both years. I was responsible for translating Wimbledon’s brand guidelines into physical spaces and ensuring consistency across formats, sizes and materials.
The challenge
Wimbledon’s brand allows very little room for interpretation. Typography, colour usage, hierarchy, and tone needed to be followed precisely, while still working across varied production constraints and scales. Accuracy and finish mattered more than flair.

SOLUTION
What I did
I directed and executed all event collateral including entry signage, bags, podium branding, photo opportunities, venue panels, and large-format installations. A key piece was an eight-by-six-foot Wall of Fame highlighting Indian players’ history at Wimbledon, revealed on-site. I worked closely with vendors to ensure quality and consistency under tight timelines.
Why it mattered
The events were executed smoothly across two cities with strong attendance and media presence. The work upheld Wimbledon’s brand standards in unfamiliar physical contexts, leading to repeat engagement the following year.
